लोक सभा में सार्वजनिक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधन निवारण) संशोधन विधेयक पेश हुआ और दोनों सदनों से पारित हुआ — अनुचित साधनों पर 5 से 10 वर्ष की कैद और ₹50 लाख तक जुर्माना। The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill was introduced in the Lok Sabha and cleared both Houses — 5 to 10 years imprisonment and fines up to ₹50 lakh for using unfair means.

हर मंत्रालय वर्ष में एक बार सरल भाषा में बताए — क्या वादा था, क्या पूरा हुआ, क्या बाकी है, और वह कब तक पूरा होगा। Once a year, in plain language, every ministry states what was promised, what was delivered, what is pending, and by when it will be done.

जब कुछ गलत हो, तो यह स्पष्ट हो कि सुधार की ज़िम्मेदारी किसकी है और वह कब तक पूरी होगी। हमारा उद्देश्य किसी को नीचा दिखाना नहीं, व्यवस्था को मज़बूत करना है। When something goes wrong, it should be clear who owns the fix and by when. Our aim is not to diminish anyone — it is to strengthen the system.

Where the work is good, we say so openly — as we did when the examination law was tightened in 2026 and a task force was set up to redesign the examination system.
